1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MissionHelm AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

MissionHelm AI is a productivity and planning service that helps you organize goals, tasks, routines, focus sessions, and related information. Features may include AI-assisted planning, integrations, and recommendations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use.

4. Subscription and billing terms

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You authorize us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We may change plan prices or features by providing advance notice before the change takes effect. If you change plans, the change may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, as disclosed at the time of change. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

5. Cancellation and end-of-period access

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law, or use the service to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or abusive content. You must comply with all applicable laws when using the service.

7. Intellectual property

MissionHelm AI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the rights necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissionHelm AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI-generated suggestions are informational only and are not professional, financial, medical, legal, or other advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissionHelm AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to MissionHelm AI for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability or INR 1,000.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to the dispute handling provisions below, the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.

11. Dispute handling

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in these terms limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service, by email, or by another appropriate method before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
